Looking to Join the T4R World

Hi All! I'm currently looking to be part of the 4Runner community (coming from GM Trucks side of the world) and I'm on the hunt for a 5th Gen T4R. I'm in middle 'Merica, and I was wondering what's a good price on a Trail/Off-road edition. I want it as a daily driver(live close to work), but with the ability to load up and take on some easy to moderate trails on my vacation days and some long weekends. I'm trying to keep it under $30K. Is that pretty reasonable?

I found a mostly stock 2016 Trail Premium with 170k miles for the asking price of $25K.
Is that a good price and should I be concerned about the mileage?
I understand Toyota's can last many more miles if maintained right. It's at a Toyota outfitter and they fix what needs fixed in the hopes that you bring it back to start building it up thru their shop.
