What would be the best starter parts to buy? I’m looking for a cold air intake and a exhaust system. I live in canada

Just an FYI, 4runners already have a very good cold air intake system. Probably better to just buy a drop in K&N filter if you think it's worth it & spend the saved money on some other mods or parts.
