While driving the other day on a rare occasion when I was using the nav system I noticed I've had many exit numbers change and I've got to do an update. So can I please get the best options out there to do it yourself and how difficult is it? Or should I just "suck it up" and bring it to the dealership. I'm fine doing either as long as it's relatively straight forward doing it yourself. Would anyone have a link to a good option? Sorry, I'm sure this has been posted before as a matter of fact I may have even asked the question awhile back myself. I tried a search and couldn't readily find it.

No navigation upgrade experience? Guess I'll just call the dealership and give them whatever they get.

Went to the dealership last week and got the fuel pump recall taken care of while I was there I asked about the navigation. The "advisor" really didn't have much of an answer he went on and on about how I need the new SD Card and it doesn't always guarantee the results I'd probably be looking for - huh? for $200 (quoted price) they basically told me I can give that option a try but no guarantees what differences it would make. Reading the reviews for the above Card a decent amount of people said first off it isn't a 2020 update it's 2019 and for some it didn't even work. I think I'll just hold off for now and wait this out a bit. Never realized updating navigation was such a hassle but then again this is the first time I've tried. tons of exit numbers around me are being updated/changed someone told me their being changed to match mile markers or something like that? Just annoying when it tells me to take the next exit #44 and the sign says #17.
