5th gen 4Runners in scenic locations

I owned a 4Runner when I lived in New Zealand. It's called a Hilux Surf over there.

Made a Home Depot run… got 15 bags of mulch - was worried about overloading it it (4runner) did not care one bit. Truly impressed with the Ironman FoamCell Pro setup.

Mojave Road Nights.

 

These were a little more scenic a few weekends ago… we were just up in this same area then. Not far from here we’d ran into a controlled burn area (which is of course important to forest management). But then fast forward a week, and those controlled burns became not so controlled, and sadly torched about 6,000 acres.

Colby, Kansas. Just a beautifully built parking lot. I tried.


Hays, Kansas. Petro 2 parking lot. We were hungry and we needed petrol. The metal palm trees were being installed.

Finally arrived at our friends house. Wicked nice neighborhood. We were moving my sister in law to Wichita. SWMBO drove the Runner, I got the UHaul. At least it didn't have a speed limiter.

Sometimes 4runners are the scenery. Nothing wrong with that!
