Just purchased a 2016 SR5 4runner (with lift) so that I can travel long distance with my 17' Casita travel trailer. She appears to have some sag at the trailer front end/trailer hitch. This is with the Andersen Weight Distribution Hitch. Any suggestions? I've added a couple of pics to help show. Also the 4runner has running boards but being short I still need a little help getting as I'm fairly short. Any recommendations? Add a side step to existing? Lower the running boards? if so which ones? really don't' want to carry step stool around with me :)

Airbags or heavier rear lift springs should help with the rear sag. There’s some running boards/bars that hang lower that I’ve seen as well. You could take off the lift too, I’m assuming it’s probably spacers if it’s sagging that bad in the rear.

This is my 2017 with a 2.5” lift and the running boards that came on it. These look like they hang lower than what is on yours, i took them of to add sliders, what part of the country are you in?

I had an Andersen Hitch with my 22 foot Airstream and it did the same. I sold it and bought a fast way e2 hitch 6,000 pound and the arms leveled everything completely out. Didn’t need to adjust headlights as the difference between trailer and no trailer was less than half an inch.
