automatic 3.0 to 3.4 swap

I know this question gets asked a lot but i have a 95 runner with a blown head gasket. I definitely know I want to swap the motor after reading a bunch of threads but i’m super new to this stuff and i’m not 100% sure on everything I need to get to have the swap go smoothly and get done successfully. I’ve looked around for a good list but can’t seem to find one that’s detailed and that tells me everything i’m going to need, most of them kinda just explain how to do it. so i guess my question is if someone could make or link me a good list of parts/necessary items i need for the swap. Everything little bit of help is appreciated, like i said im a bit of a noob but i’m really excited to learn from you guys. thank you

I just finished having mine done. I can put the list together. Parts are on the order of $4000 and I paid someone $2000 to do it. Plus he did the clutch and a new muffler for another $1500.
