21' Trdpro wheels lugnuts?

I have a set of 21' TRDpro wheels I'm getting ready to install on my ORP. Upon looking into them i noticed that some 21' pro 4runners have chrome lugs and some have black lugs. Are the black lugs a accessory item? Does anyone have the part # for these? Thanks!

But what i was curious about was were they a factory part with the TRD pro wheels or were they an accessory item.

 

None of them leave the factory with those wheels and lugs, they get shipped to the US with steel wheels and all that crap is installed at port, so factory is sort of a misnomer here.

It’s gotten so bad that Southeast Toyota and Gulf states Toyota made up some type of bullshit XP and XSP packages where they charge you $6000 to install those wheels and a TRD pro grill on your SR5.

 

Gotcha, very interesting. I would of thought pro models would be complete at factory. I did see those xp xsp models when i was looking and boy are they proud of those things like you said.
