Installed a "carbon fiber" shift knob from Car Trim Home today! What's everyone think? I like how it matches the factory "carbon fiber" pattern.DSC09280.jpg

If I had the carbon inlays I would do it. It would probably look silly with my base model silver interior.

    I had this:
    upload_2021-4-20_10-42-23.jpg

    Then got this:
    upload_2021-4-20_10-45-4.jpg

    Looked at getting this:
    upload_2021-4-20_10-42-59.jpg

    And ultimately decided on these:
    upload_2021-4-20_10-43-32.jpg

The CF version is a nice variation.

What's wrong with the stock shift handle?

I wish they would make it half the size, being this tall looks stupid.
Probably it takes way too much work to cut that thing down.

Looks like there's only one shift handle you haven't tried yet...

Ha! You're right! That one, however, is a bit too, shall we say, Terminator-like for my taste...

Lol fair, and that's probably exactly why I like it... Something different, plus the G10 handles.

What's worse is that the stock knob lacks in fit & finish compared to Cartrim's knob. Cartim is owned by a gentleman by the named Sevag & is based here in Montreal, I've been to see him a few times for my T9 head unit. He showed me his knob and I showed him mine (that just don't sound right at all...). Sevag couldn't believe the terrible finish on mine. I could probably slice a finger on the leading edge of it if I wasn't careful.

The one that came with mine is unnecessarily big.
