FOUND! Looking to buy 4 "H Blocks" for 10-13 Trail Edition cross bars!!!

I bought my 2012 used and just recently ordered cross bars, which came without the necessary attachment pieces for the rails AND according to the forums, it looks like that part has been discontinued. If you have 4 I will buy them! Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately not, no. I had two people at my dealership trying to track it down as well and they have been unsucccessful. They sent me a copy of the manual for 2010-present rails/crossbars, but (as you know) i have the 10-13 trail rails and i cant seem to drive it through their head that the h blocks are the missing pieces i need, not the 14-present "tie downs" which function differently. the tie downs for 10-13 trail are these hooks that slide on the outside of the rail (and seem to be useless anyhow).

Its frustrating, but i sort of get it, because as my research has indicated, the parts arent made and ive looked everywhere for them, only finding one guy on the 4runner classifieds facebook page that had two of them, not four :/

 

Maybe you can snag them and then determine if they could be made, or 3D printed. A small percentage of people still have their original Trail racks, but as I've said before they can command a premium for those looking for a nice OEM alternative! Having an available 3D CAD file online means that others may be able to fix theirs too.

I might be mistaken but these parts might be on 3rd Gens too. I know the screw cap things were.

If I had one to take measurements from, I could machine these.

If someone has one that want to part with it for a few days, so I can make a detailed drawing of it let me know.
