I think it's interesting that the stock roof rack is rated for something like ~150 lbs., however all you guys seem to have no problem camping on top of it.

At the same time, everyone hated on the TRD Pro rack because it's also only rated for something like ~125 lbs.

Seems like these weight ratings should be taken with a grain of salt?

Look at the tiny crossbars Toyota puts on these racks. They are the problem. Not the rails or the basket.

I’m thinking about upgrading my Pro rack to a Prinsu. How was the install and overall fit of the Prinsu? Did you have to cut the weather stripping?

I put a Yakima Lock-n-Load with Timberline towers on my '18 TRD Off-Road. I needed to get some mounting space farther forward and more flexibility with what I wanted/needed to get on the roof. And, I found out for more width when needed, you can put another set of bars using another set of Timberline towers mounted to the L_N_L. VERY flexible, indeed. Only issue was removing the factory crossbars. I had my local bodyshop remove the rear rail covers so I could slide off the crossbars. Putting the covers back on was a piece of cake.
