Passenger side had kind of triangular rubber sheet behind shock tower, drivers side plastic, both missing some clips and especially the rubber one making a lot of noise at freeway speeds. Took them off for now, will try and find new ones and replace all the clips. What are these called? Not finding in the Haynes manual.

    Haynes is worthless on parts.

Go to partsouq.com with your vin and find the diagram with the parts you need. It looks like those panels are fine, just take a fastener to the dealer and they can get you as many as you need. Or go to autozone where they have generic fasteners that will work ok too.

Edit. Toyota Part Numbers for fasteners from partsouq:

    9046710189
    9046710173
    9046709184
    9046710186

Not sure why Toyota used different fasteners...they all look the same.

The little "Christmas tree" fasteners you can get from the Dorman rack at Autozone will probably work fine too.

Mine was loose but not broken, I fixed it with a zip tie.

Thanks for this link - partsouq.com - easy to use and really like their IPB's.
