    Hello Grant
Jeff, (Westcott Designs) did all the work on my runner, main man in the shop, Warren is a great mechanic, no troubles. I just had a re-gear done also went with 4:88, two days and out. No noise just about done with my break in period. Sorry you had such lousy luck.

I just swapped the alternator sense fuse, with a GM fused diode. Didnt spend a dime, took about 3 seconds to do, and, ya, the cover fits. Its almost a direct swap. Ive done the same thing, in my old car audio days for going on decades... cheers.

Dang..!! That looks neat. Did you have to trim anything? I thought I saw somewhere the GM diode need some trimming.

I absolutely love to upgrade to a group 31 agm but little scared with those charging mods if there's any impact to sensitive electronics or alternator life. I would probably decide in next few weeks. Group 34 / 35 or if I can get confidence on the diode mod I will go group 31. Thinking of Rago battery box as well.

Nothing much lately but did swap out the interior lights with the
Brishine kit off Amazon. Cheap and effective...but maybe too cheap? We'll see how long they last.

I'd like to add more cargo lighting. Surely someone has done it? Yeah I know, search search search....

A bit, to get it to set in deeper, I used the old ladies nail file, ... took about 30 seconds. I got the Victory4x4 second bat tray. That took about 9 mins to put in. And, theres no worry, it cant possibly charge so high to do any damage. It just tricks the alt, into thinking its a volt or so lower is all. People (including me) have done it for years, especially with pcm controlled systems. Theres no fear. Id say, charing your new agm, .2 or .4 volts higher than rest, is more of a issue, than anything over charging. But, all up to you. Me, i want that damn volt and change on these agms...want all i can get.

That looks like a good kit for the price especially having different bulbs for different places.

I paid the same amount $20 for a kit with same type of bulbs. The kit you found might be better.

    This is mine for reference:

I’ve done some cargo lighting mods. An easy one and a little more involved one. Together they provide all the cargo light I’ll ever need.

    Quicker one: More work:

I also did a cargo bay lighting mod: A 3,000 lumen Ledlenser flashlight in a monkey fist mounted on my molle panel. I like that the flashlight serves a dual purpose.20210403_222309.jpg 20210403_222315.jpg

Yeah I went to him for my rock sliders and skid plates. I will see what the owner of this company does about it on Monday as I don’t feel comfortable driving it with the whine. I thought about counting it as a loss and going to another place and having them look it over. Pay them some money for their time and seeing what they have to say. Starting not to trust the shop I went to with all the problems I have had. I will know more Monday. Thanks for the suggestion to Jeff.

Why did you choose the wheelers springs over the Eibach springs? Also, how’s your ride? My Eibach springs and shocks should be in next week.

Really like what you did with the Milwaukee PACKOUT boxes and the PACKOOUT mounts!! What did you use or setup to attach them to your roof rack?

I use PACKOUT tool boxes for almost everything and hadn't though to mount on the roof.

Who cares? This never shows everything anyway.
I used some tools I keep in my 4Runner to help my neighbor change his tire this morning. He hurt himself with the included tools in his Ford Fusion or whatever it was, but I've got a longer wrench for removing or putting on lug nuts that makes things easier. And I pulled out an air gauge thing because his spare donut needed air.

I like that Trail emblem! My 2013 TE had no badging. I kinda like my clean looking non-emblem status, but now I'm considering. Where did you find that?

I like that Milwaukee line of boxes because they have an IP-65 rated gasket, so great for storing tools, electronics or dry goods in humid conditions.

Got my Skids installed today! Now just waiting for the Transmission skid plate to arrive and I'll get it installed. I also finally snapped and bought a set of black valve stem caps. It came with green ones when I bought it, and they were fine at first, but, it's really not tying in with my black and silver theme I'm going with.

The link requiring more work looks like a dream for me. We keep cameras/lenses in the Dobinson drawers and having too much light when assembling
them is not a problem. I'll get with my installers who've done a lot for me and run it by them...should be piece of cake for them.
Thanks for that link...will be costly but cheaper than a cracked front element in a long lens that's for sure.

If it was righty, the grip would be towards the dash. (And that, wouldnt be my want, at all).
Maybe he did that on purpose. Also,.. with molle, sky is the limit.

This weekend in total i cleaned out all of the front bumper and undercarriage plastic trim and am looking toward upgrading the skis plates in the coming weeks, threw on some tow hooks, and installed ditch lights with Cali raised brackets and a CR wiring harness going to the center console. Really happy with how things are turning out. When first starting the car after putting on the ditch lights, the car stalled, but it hasn't done it since (6 normal starts since). Would this just be because of a battery issue or corrosion? Like I said, it hasn't happened since.
