billstein lift + leveling kit, bfgs, and spacers on the way

My cousin took his 2004 4runner 4wd to fix the gears because the previous owner thought he was driving a monster truck. while changing the gears and everything was finished the transmission shop sent him on his way however once he got to 20mph he heard a rattling and then the guy said "oh you're missing a chain", the shop said good luck finding one and I'm reaching out here cause I'm all out of options.
