Does anyone have power sidesteps on there 4runner?

    2001 SR5 TOYOTA 4RUNNER
    I have a 2001 Toyota 4runner SR5 and I have talked to someone from 4wheelparts and they said that those parts that I had fitted for my vehicle on the website were not a kit and would not work. I also do not know what I need in order to have a functioning power side step for example what parts do I need? And where do I get them? Once again I have a 2001 Toyota 4runner SR5 its a 3rd Generation.
