Ok I have a 2000 3400cc 4Runner. My question is on the left front of block under manifold I had a stream on coolant I thought it maybe a freeze plug but when I got home it stopped the stream I filled radiator up with water and let it run for awhile with cap tight. Now my question is I see a port tube is that a pressure Releaf.

Might be your water pump leaking, it's behind that front cover.

Post up a pic and the area if you can that will help. It's sounds like a intake almost but not sure.
