1997 Toyota 4Runners unstable on freeway

    Could that be the end links are the sway bar bushings

    Could be, or could need an alignment, tires need balancing, wheel bearings, blown out shocks, and other little things.

    At what speed? They all float a little at 75MPH+

    They float a lot at 90MPH+

    I think mine floats a little more than it did when I bought her new in 2002. But highway speeds in my area have increased too so it may be that it's more perception. Remember, it's really a truck. It's underpinnings were setup for not really much more than 65mph cruising.

    upgraded suspension, large all terrain tires
    these are trucks/SUV..persay...not sport car....the ' float' could from any number of factors..bad tires.tires out of balance.wheel alignment
    wore out bushings, shocks, suspension, etc etc...poor roads, certainly don't help...

    Mine hauls butt. Never floats..NTB for the win...

    But it has never been off-road...
