There are 2 on the front center column. It appears only one of mine are working. I checked all fuses are fine. Any thoughts ?

If all fuses are good. Check voltage with voltmeter on each one. If only one works, bad wire? or bad connection in the back. Will need to remove outlet and inspect..

The 2nd gen has a cigarette lighter, not a 12v outlet. I am not sure if the 3rd gen has a 12v outlet or cigarette lighter.

The cigarette lighter circuit is protected by a fuse and the outlet also has a fuseable link, if the lighter doesn’t pop out when hot, the heat from the lighter will melt the link, cut the power to the lighter and save the truck from possibly catching on fire.

I used a warm weekend in March 2022 to finally install my brand new from old stock 2000 4Runner driver's seat. $800 directly from the factory in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.
Pull the center console out & see if the outlet is still connected. My right side connectors fall off occasionally, esp after washboard roads.
