Good morning! Just purchased a 2019 SR5 yesterday - so happy to finally join the 4runner crew! I was looking for the sliding cargo tray feature and ended up without it. Does anybody have one that they would want to sell? I have read up and can not get these parts through OEM or dealer.

I have the sliding cargo tray in my rig and I like it. Do I really need it? Not really. It’s only good when I take my rig out BLM shooting and use it as a table top or times when I don’t want to reach into the cargo area, but it only slides out so far. Would I pay extra to have one installed if I didn’t have it? Probably not. I don’t think its worth the extra cost and effort to install.

Is there a specific reason that you really have to have it? If not, I would say don’t get it, but YMMV.

Thanks for the feedback! I had a job where I am unloading and loading trunk multiples times a day, so I thought it would be very useful. I have the handywork to be able to install myself but can't find the parts anywhere! If I could find the parts I think I would be willing to do the work for it.

Well one thing I don’t like about it is if you have junk stacked all the way to the back seat and if you unlatch the cargo slider and pull it out, the junk resting on the slider and rear cargo storage area behind the seat will fall into the Mariana Trench under the slider. (Kinda hard to explain but better to experience it)

Where are you located? There are people out there that would trade you a cargo slide for your non slide out parts

I am located in the Tampa area! Willing to trade non-sliding for sliding parts. I will drive to anywhere in Florida

My 17 Pro did not have one. My 2020 Pro does. Me personally I like it. I know what he is saying when you are loading stuff you do not want it sitting on the end of the cargo tray or it will fall in the opening. I like not reaching into the back to unload stuff. Hope this help. Good luck on finding one.

I have one in my 2019 SR5. I love putting groceries on it . It also works well for hauling heavier stuff that I can't get all way in. Example just bought ryboi table saw and walked in on corner then let tray do work

I've been waiting for a month+ to get my 4Runner because I am specifically looking for one that has a cargo tray. I think it's a neat feature especially if you're going to sleep in your car during a camping trip because it provides a flat surface for you to your mattress on.
