2-3 inch lift for a '99 Runner.

Hey all. I have a stock Runner, looking to give it a 2-3 inch lift. Any suggestions/tips on good, budget lift kits? Trying to keep it under $500 ish.

 

My advice. Wait save more money and do it one time. A good lift will set you back around 1000-1200. Now you can put one together for 500 if you look all over the place but it will be used and or needing a rebuild. Take it from me just wait and do it once. I have had three different lifts under my 99. Finally got it strait but I still want different fron struts/ coils.
