    Hey guys,
I noticed the other day that my air intake cleaner hose (the section that connects to the throttle body) was cracked and damaged. I purchased a new one from a website using the part number supplied by the dealership (80 bucks for a piece of rubber is ABSURD) it came in the mail today. Unfortunately, I've run into a bit of a snag...
For those of you who own the 3.4VZE 4WD model like mine, you'll know that the air intake hose comes in two sections. The part I replaced is supposed to look like this 2016-03-02 23.32.03.jpg with that nipple hole on the side being roughly 1" at the base. Instead, the one I got in the mail is about 1.5" and looks like this 20160302_233241-1.jpg now I am totally unsure what that nipple leads to, what it is officially called, or where to buy a larger one. I'd like to find one with a 1.5" base so that I won't have to return this part. But any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't know what to do!

So I solved this problem! I accidentally ordered the wrong part (*facepalm*). There are two types of intake for this vehicle. One being the 17882-62020 (which was the one with the huge hole in the side) and the 17882-62010, which was the one I needed.
