    I always like doing business with companies that provide great customer service. So please post your great customer experiences. Please refrain from posting stories of bad customer service. My hope is that this post will point members to companies that excel at service.

    My first example is with Quadratec. I had ordered a new front bumper with a winch mount for my son's jeep. We received the bumper 5 days before he was to move to Colorado and depart on a mission trip to Guatemala. When the bumper arrived, the mounting frame for one of the fog lights was misaligned and the fog light could not be mounted.

    I immediately contacted Quadratec and told them of my dilemma, and that my son had to be in Co. in 5 days. All Quadratech asked of me was to send a picture of the problem. Quadratec sent a new bumper overnight at their expense; and picked up the defective bumper 3 days later at their expense. I can only imagine the cost of a shipping a steel bumper overnight.

    Quadratec took care of me, and my son made it to Co. a day early. So when I need off-road non-specific Toyota items, I often look to Quadratec.

    My second example is with a local tire shop. I ordered a matching TRD black aluminum 17" wheel, which would match my factory wheels, to mount my spare on. Unfortunately the person who mounted the tire struggled getting it on and in the process scratched the wheel in several places. The district manager was at the shop, took one look and was immediately on the phone ordering me a brand new wheel. That is customer service.

    I always want to create awareness for those companies that go the extra mile to earn my business. I look forward to hearing about your great customer experiences.
