    Hi all,

I recently replaced both front ABS sensors and wiring harnesses. The right front was throwing a code and I figured I might as well do the left also. I used Denso harnesses and Holstein sensors via rockauto. Prior to installation the hub assembly was removed and steering knuckle cleaned. The bore of each sensor port was cleaned as well. I tested the resistance and continuity of each sensor and harnesses before buttoning everything up. It’s been 150 miles and now my ABS and accompanying lights are intermittently coming on showing front left and right sensors (34 & 31 respectively). I’m kind of at a loss and am hoping someone on here as experienced something similar?

Update: I was mistaken in my first post, code 34 is left rear speed sensor. Apologies. Tested all circuits again and found no faults or poor resistance. The fuse is good as well. Went to my local auto parts store to use their scanner, while pulling into the parking lot I had to go around a dummy sitting in the middle of the drive and this resulted in my running over the snow covered curb (intentionally). The abs light went out almost instantly and stay off for 5 days or approx 200 miles.
This morning on my way to work, I hit a little ice that made the pump actuate and the light came back on. Pulled over and reset it manually but before doing so pulled codes for front right and left sensors, actuator malfunction and bad ecu. It reset without issue and stayed off...for now...anyone ever experience anything like this?

You probly need to do a zero point calibration. This allows the tracton control system to relearn its sensors.
