Looking for suspension parts suppliers to lower my '96 2wd 4runner~ are there any suppliers/manufacturers out there, or am I up to my own drawing board?

Lowering a 4R usually doesn't happen much so think you on your own.

Agreed. Nothing came up on a search prior to me asking here~ but due diligence dictated I ask those more familiar with the T4r parts aftermarket...

Reason why you won't find much is because of the layout of our suspension.

The front is largely based on the 4x4 Tacoma front end, which is the same on a 4x2 and 4x4 4Runner.

You'd have to go fully custom in order to lower it, and on a truck as old as yours, isn't worth the cost IMO.

Lowering the rear will net it's only problems due to the panhard bar and centering the axle.
