Forgive me if I’m incorrect about this, but I recall if you find the dial wheel which controls interior light brightness and move in an upward position until you here it click … you’ve turned on all interior lights and if you turn the wheel down it turns them off … give it a shot tomorrow. See photo below and let me know if this works.

As in every vehicle since I can remember that is how you do it. However, if you click ours to max it makes all the dash lights remain on high (maybe for wheeling in the day). However, it has no effect on any interior lights. I must turn on the overhead (from doors open to on) then hit each map light. But if I need them all I must open a door to turn on all door & hatch lights.
If ours is incorrect please advise & I will call the dealership tomorrow.
    Thanks,
    Ryan.

Hey guys I know it’s suspension based but feel a lot more traffic in this forum and it’s 5th gen based so...

I installed my icon coilovers with dirt king bj UCAs, wheelers t13 coil with 5100 in back. I greased everything well, torqued and retorqued after 100 miles.

I am getting a subtle sound on driver side (I think front but ‍♂️) when going through some minor bumps here n there. Sounds like what a worn uniball or a loose coil would sound like. Not all the time, not on bigger bumps but more like when it drops into a bump. I recheck the torque on everything last night. Looked for any play in all the ball style joints, in the coilover spherical bearings/coil, wheel bearings etc. nothing loose or even tiny bit of play. I think it may be the rear coil trying to seat on that cone bump stop or something ‍♂️
Any tips or ideas with my vague description lol.

Many times I had to turn an switch on the hood light for my kid to find something.

Or when after everyone else is ready to roll but my kiddo seatbelt is not buckled have to turn back an turn the hood light.

Would be awesome to have an easy access button to turn on lights. Some Toyota's have this button near the mirror. When you turn to position 3 all interior lights turn on.

Clunk. Very light. I’m pretty sure it’s front driver side. Even with the washers icon supplied with sway bar relocation kit the sway bar is pretty damn close to that “suspension brace” or bracket deal. I’m suspecting it may be making very slight contact.

So I’ll contribute, today I gave my buddy a ride in my runner on my job site and now he wants his 19’ runner done similar. Told him “Welcome to a financial rabbit hole!

This response was to my question about "is there a switch to turn all interior lights on."
Not sure where "anytime backup camera" was in question.

"What did your 4runner do for you today..."
Well, you never drive with an empty trailer so I loaded a few hundred pounds of salt onto the back of the trailer.
Then a 150 mile round trip (felt great getting out during covid) to get Excursion wheels for my delaminated chrome ones on my F-250. Got 4 factory wheels for $150. They are rough but I have a plan...
Then got 4 free 285/75-16 Duratracs (my buddy wanted something new) & gave me his old ones!
Anyway, the 4Runner (with a 16' trailer going north) needed 4s the entire time. I know the sound of a torque converter hunting & it was till 4s! Drove great @ 65mph & 14.6mph...
Another post to come about the wheel restoration. I may just plastidip them. I just need a wheel that isn't falling apart!
I always forget about a loaded picture but this is what else I had.
    Sorry,
    Ryan.

I appreciate your concern but I have been towing for years. As I didn't want to pull out equipment to properly get a "perfect" tongue weight I threw a few hundred pounds (on a 16" trailer) in the rear. It didn't even ride funny. If it had; believe my wife would have told me.
I don't know if this is serious or jest but I will say this; I will never drive an unsafe vehicle.

Not written in jest, just out of genuine concern. Seen too many people with improperly loaded trailers have really bad days.

I was about to say... you were in the longest downhill descent in America where you maintain safe speed with the car in neutral. Then get the car towed to the top again to keep doing that for all those miles.

If you are asking for clarification.
I had half of a 20 gallon trash can with road salt in it. It was strapped to the rear of the trailer as the tires were going up front.
I then put 4 wheels with tires 2x in each front corner. We then drove another 20 miles to add the Duratracs to the front also.
In all actuality I was probably tongue heavy but it was all 60mph & under. We were in no hurry & it rode great.
    Ryan.
