So...big spectrum on clutches alone...my simple thoughts are Toyota makes pretty nice pressure plates and clutches...just ALWAYS replace the pilot bushing too!!! These small engines really don't posses so much power (110HP) that a heavy duty clutch is necessary...in my opinion of course. I've ran my 4 Runner up a 30 degree angles without breaking a sweat...the 22RE and a stock clutch is very capable... again in my opinion...even in 3 feet of water I've had no problem...

Welcome from Wisconsin! Stock clutch components will work fine, unless you have lots of other mods; big tires, highly mod. engine etc. Have it apart yet? How's the flywheel look? It may need to be resurfaced or replaced if it's been slipping a lot. Check for any spots that may show heat damage( like bluish or discolored spots) You might as well put in a new throwout bearing, better now than a tear down later. As mentioned above; Pilot bushing. You should be go to go.
