Broken wire behind front driver wheel

    Hello all! Just got into the 4runner world. Picked up a California, totally rust free 99 with 259k for a steal. Runs and drives amazing but today I noticed a broken wiring harness broken behind the front driver wheel. Attached a photo, any help of what this is would be greatly appreciated.

    upgraded suspension, large all terrain tires
    frame looks to be ok...come spring..get up there..clean..and re prime..if desired

    Yes looks like ABS.....
    sidenote, you have a MASSIVE leak coming from somewhere. Valve cover gasket or oil housing cooler gasket maybe.....
