Hi, I purchased a stalk and oem fog lights off of another user. The goal here was a plug n play install, since my 2002 4runner already comes pre-wired. Turns out the seller removed the female wiring.

I'm at a lost and not sure what piece is missing and how to replace it to complete this install.

    Any help?

Maybe it’s grounded to the frame/mount?
