Actually just received ours today. It looks easy enough. I will take my time & it look to maybe a 2 hr deal. 1st time taking panels off the dash & we got the long range option.
Came with a nice microfiber towel! Not sure what for but it will clean the dash just nicely.
I will install & inform after Christmas and when not snowing. Wish me luck!
    Ordered 12-11-2020 & received 12-23-2020 with usps!
    Ryan.

I have it, it's super easy to install pretty much plug and play even the programing part.

It does read “effortless installation...so am I to assume it will install itself while I relax in my recliner with a cold gold then??

I got a 12 volt solutions remote start for my Highlander. After a few weeks the car developed a problem where the the RF door read open all the time. I dug into it and traced it to a bad connection from the OEM harness to the 12 volt solutions harness into the BCM. I ended up cutting out the pins on that particular connection and hardwired them together. It’s been trouble free since.

I have one sitting here for my 4Runner to install as well.

How’s this working for you guys, any issues pop up? It’s starting to get hot in Los Angeles and I’m looking into a remote start. I’m searching the post’s here too.

I installed mine no problems, it has been working great. Only issue was fitting all the wires/harnesses back into the column, now the trim pieces there rub together slightly while making tight low speed turns. I'm gonna open it back up tonight and see if i can tidy it up.
