I've been lurking and learning from ya'll for a year and a half and have decided to ask a question regarding a stock spare tire carrier. I'm trying to find the behind fender bracing to make this work as it should. I've had no luck at my local pick and pulls, ( just cant find 4runners there in Georgia ) and have come up with nothing online that works for me.
The parts are pretty complete and in good shape with the tailgate plate. You tube wasn't all that much help and I figured I'd ask here. I've been researching this for 18 months and have decided on the stock carrier for alot of reasons, cost and weight.
Thanks for having me, and letting me learn.

Someone else on here did exactly what you want to do. They found all the needed parts at pick and pulls and junk yards. I believe there are bumpers out there for spare tires but they will be expensive. Try a search on here and see if you can find it, and welcome.
