When using H4 in the snow & I park the Runner. Should I leave it on H4 or should it be changed back to H2?

If you're worried about it hurting it to stay in H4 when parked, there no need... It won't hurt it. However, I usually shift back into H2 before I park so I don't forget next time I hop in and start out on my next adventure. But if I forget it's no big deal.

I usually always go back to 2wd when parking; otherwise I’ll probably forget that I left it in 4hi. Especially if parked for the night.
