Blacked out grill and rear emblem. More on the way!
Just finished installing the LUXX and have some issues that I'm not sure what the cause is. The major issue is that the drivers side high beam isn't working at all. I tested all lights EXCEPT for the high beams before buttoning everything back up. The other issue is my fog lights don't always turn on. They worked when I tested them before buttoning up. However, they shut off a few minutes after finishing up. Turned them off, went for a drive and when I got back home, I tried the fogs again and they worked. I recorded a video and the fogs turned off a few seconds into the video.

Edit: In the pic you can see the high beam on drivers side is not working. The fog lights are also not working, even when in the On position
Edit 2: I begin my trip cross country in 8 days. I have time Tues I can strip it all down and check connections. I'd rather not drive that far without using fogs or high beams.
Any suggestions on what could be causing the issues?

Thanks in advance for the help!

    Good looking rig.

I can't think of a reason both fogs turn off and on I'm unison simultaneously. Those have nothing to do with the Alpharex wiring. Right?

Thanks you i call it Frank the Prius (check out my album, you'll see what i mean) a.k.a. Fank The Tank he's a pig (drinks gas like a sieve)
And maybe... I'm sure the wiring on the alpharex light has something to do with it. The way the fogs work is: when the hi's are on they turn off.
If you have one headlight out....oh oh oh...I just remembered when I got mine in I opened them up and found one of the connections loose!

I'm such a bonehead for the comment about fogs not on with high beams. I know better. That said, the fogs weren't working all the time before I noticed the high beam issue

Did you try flipping the high beam connector for polarity?

Send a text to alpharex contact and they will respond. I had an issue late at night during my install and tech support called me back within an hour.
Can't say I like the headlights they make but support service is outstanding

Overall, I'm pleased with the lighting upgrade from the factory halogen. I'll have time tomorrow to take the bumper off and troubleshoot the high beam.
The fog lights seem to be fully functional again. That said, I'll check the connection tomorrow while I'm there.

Folks, sometimes I can overthink things. This situation was definitely one of those times. All of the suggestions here were very good and made sense. In my mind, when it was suggested to reverse the polarity, I was going to have to take off the bumper and remove the headlight assembly. So I called the Alpharex CS and the guy suggested reversing the polarity. He also mentioned it could have been a blown fuse, or maybe the male prongs weren't far enough apart and needed to be separated a little more. He reminded me that I don't need to take the bumper off. The cables are accessible under the hood. Score! When I disconnected I noticed the plug can't be plugged on any other way. So, I plugged it in and tested the high beam. The light flickered, then turned off. Hmm.. disconnected again and look at the male end. Sure enough, one of them was off alignment. Straighten it, reconnect.. SUCCESS! The high beam works!

I was curious too. Most people said they liked them, but some say the light doesnt spread out wide enough like the OEM projectors do. Are you 100% satisfied with the purchase or you feel like they could be a tad better?

I do feel they could be a tad better. For me, the brightness is great and the spread is really good but I feel like they should project further. To me, they are a much better option than OEM. I do wonder if the NOVA are worth the added cost.

As a DRL, they help enough to add overall throw of the light?
