JWL stamped wheels

    Kings front and back, RSG sliders, GOBI ladder BFG AT 285s, OEM phone dial wheels, KDSS
    Anyone know if a wheel is legitimately stamped JWL that it means it was made in Japan? I known it means it has a Japanese certification, but I can't find anything on whether or not the Japanese government will give this certification to a manufacturer outside of Japan.
