    Hey,
So, I'm new to this whole thing, but I'm going off to college next year and I'm getting my dad's 4Runner. I plan to lift it 3 inches and putting 33s on it, but I'm lost as to what I should do. I'm looking to keep some of the ride quality, and I'm fine spending money to do this, but I've gotten quotes from a few places and I feel like I need to go in with more of an idea of what I want and need, so I'm not upsold. I've been told that I'll need to trim a little bit which is completely fine with me, but I'm wondering what others here have in terms of setups for theirs.
    Thanks in advance!
    Parker

I’m running about a 3/2 with bilstein 6112 and 5160. Also running 33s on 17x8.5 -6 rims. I had to do some trimming and BMC (Body mount chop) aka CMC (cab mount chop). 71115C27-B0A1-4B03-AB4D-2D01E9A1F33B.jpg

thats with 2” icons in the rear.
If your just mall crawling you could go with the 5100 3” setup and still get some decent trails in.

Good looking rig. Not dying to chop the body but it’s worth it if that’s the result.

I regretted not doing it a year and half ago when I bought a different smaller set of tires, I ended up selling them with the stock rims so not too bad.
The BMC chop is simple and many ppl are running it on their T4r and Tacos.
