Seen a few vehicles with vinyl wraps lately. I am fond of the new land rover defender hood with the black accents. Having said that, i tried to mimic their look on my hood with vinyl. What do you think? Leave it on or take it off?

Personally not my thing. However, I like the idea. What if you did the same thing in a matte silver a few shades darker than the truck.
Otherwise maybe get the black vinyl scoop kit, that would tie a lot together for my eyes.
Not trying to be harsh. They are only my opinions...

Blacked out grill and rear emblem. More on the way!
I don't hate it, but I agree with 4runner fun. I'd go with a slightly darker shade of grey than the 4R.

I think you're on to something. Adding black will pull it all together

Is that black or silver? It is hard to see under the reflection of the light.
    Thanks,

How did you accomplish this look? Is it paint or a decal? If a decal where did you get it?

Eh, it just looks like you're in the process of doing something that's incomplete.

On the LR's those accents are supposed to be reminiscent of the tread plates on the fenders of the original Defender (which I think were literally meant to be stood on). The 4R has no corresponding styling heritage, so it just looks out of place.

IMO do the 80's style strobe graphics on it would look cooler and have some Toyota history.
