First time towing with the 285s on.

    Decided to take my UTV into the mountains and play in the snow today and realized it was the first time I had hooked up the trailer with the new 10-ply 285s on.

    Probably only 2500 lbs but it was just fine. Did not notice any loss of power or any increased instability. Very happy!

    And the trailer now sits perfectly level with the vehicle.

    No idea. Maybe a 2.5"??

    It wasn't quite right with the 265s, but was close...

    Good to hear! I have only towed a small trencher ao far since the tires, and was happy with it. I only notice the tires when I really step on the gas. It's just a tad slower, but still like a racecar compared to my old '94.
