2021 LED fog light listed under "Optional Equipment"?

I just purchased a 2021 SR5 4Runner. I understand all 2021 4Runner come standard with LED Fog Lights.

On my Toyota V Sheet under Exterior Optional Equipment it lists: High Performance LED Fog Lights $169.00.

Does anybody know if this is an upgrade or should have been an upgrade?

Having dealer issues so thought I would ask the group.

I find it hard to believe that standard equipment would have been listed in the optional equipment area with an additional charge.

 

It was an option for 2020. I bet they kept it as an option this year too. I have them on my 2020 ORP. Really like them

 

If the wiring is there, it is about $120 shipped to get the upgraded Toyota LED fogs on ebay or from one of the discount Toyota parts houses. Shopping for them today. Simple install if the wiring is there.

I didn’t realize it was even possible to upgrade to the “high performance led” from the base led fog. I didn’t see it in the options on build a car on the Toyota website.
