I just picked up a 2000 3rd gen last night. The first of several things I've already found that need addressing is the glove box. The handle is broken off. I can see some metal, but can seem to push, pull or move anything that might let it open. Any ideas? Also, once open, where do i get a replacement latch and have the current truck key lock/unlock it?

Welcome to the forum, maybe a pick & pull would have some parts you could use.

Pick and Pull or Ebay is always parting out 4Runners.

Post a picture up so we can see exactly what the situation is, maybe we can come up with a solution.
