Has anyone experienced the noise like in the video at 25seconds..?
My 2001 3rd Gen just started doing this only when starting cold.
Any ideas on fix..?

Sounds like the Bobcat Tail screeches they refer to in that thread. You will need to rebuild that brake booster pump.
