Thank you bro - this is really good information! Shows you how much I know about headlights! :) So the high beams I presume, will just be left alone? Thanks again for the recommendations - it's greatly appreciated!

Yeah, I’ve found that the stock high beams work well enough as is. It’s just the stock lows that need some attention (and it’s really just the stock low beam bulbs that they use from the factory that are weak; I believe they were chosen for longevity as opposed to light output/performance).

I ended up taking your advice and going with LEDs; I ordered a set (Cougar Motor & I hear they're a great brand of LED) for low beams and high beams (want to see how the high beams turn out since I prefer matching). I also ordered a set for my fog lights (Fahren) so we'll see how this turns out. Thanks again; will send pics when I install them!

What brand melted your fog lights lenses? Did they have a built-in fan?

Yeah looks awesome. I was thinking of doing mine too - front and rear. But, am worried about it chipping and peeling off.

Testing this stuff out for now to save a few bucks. I have a buddy ready to paint them in hot rod flat black for $200. Next on my list is blacking out all lights. $$$$

I installed a bug deflector on the hood. Also installed OEM rock sliders, i did not do due diligence and was disappointed. The sliders seem too light weight to hold boulders at bay if you get hung up on one and do not protrude out to the side at all so they can not be used as a step, and they will not protect the side of the vehicle from opening doors from vehicle parked too close. On the positive side they were not hard to install and the price was not bad.96633684-B7E7-44EB-9D1B-FA5A5367A933.jpg623713F3-E754-4162-BC67-CACB212CD4B2.jpgplease ignore the reflection :) 39CE8971-7412-4816-AA59-1F3719C8DB40.jpg

Who cares? This never shows everything anyway.
I saw a TRD Pro grill in the wild for the first time today. I couldn't tell if it was an actual TRD Pro or if the grill was added on after the fact, but I saw it. The only other time I saw one in real life was at a 4X4 event.

At this point there are more SR5s with the grill than the actual TRD Pros. I do like the looks of it but it is so overused. It reminds me of the mean eyes they were putting on Jeeps.
Putting it on to be unique nowadays is pointless. I see majority of 4Runners switch that garnish. That, or the TRD wheels.
