Hey guys. I have owned this 4Runner for about 5 Months. My 4Runner is a 1996 SR5 Automatic none 4x4. Just turned over 175K miles. Never have had any problems. I notice a small leak in my drive way around last week. Today I finally climbed under it and snapped some pictures of where the leak is coming from. You can see the "gasket" Seal or rubber part if you will is clearly worn and needs to be replaced. I don't know if this actually serves a purpose or if this is just like a transmission mount.. There is minimal grease in the engine bay and this is the only place that has oil on it. The bolt you see in the picture was quite loose and could move it by hand. Not sure if that means anything or not. Just looking for any and all the help I can get. I will be forever thankful.

Hey bud, sorry for the late reply.

Did you mention that bolt is loose?

Id say tighten that sucker down.

There should be a crush washer or gasket of some sorts on that bolt.

Id check that first, and then keep an eye on it.
