    What's up everyone. So here's the deal...I'm going to be taking my wife's 2018 4Runner from her and I need to hook this thing up,.. lift, tires, etc. It's completely stock right now so I've got a totally blank canvas to work with. The long term plan is to turn it into a real off road machine (maybe some overlanding at some point) but right now my budget is maybe 2-3k max. I'm thinking of starting with the suspension first but trying to stay under 1k so I have some money for tires at least. Recommendations???4Runner.jpg

    Welcome! The Suspension section has more material than you will ever want to read on suggestions. From what I have read, $1k would not quite be enough to get a decent suspension. Most start at about $1300 for a complete package, then labor if you can't do it yourself. I am still running stock though, so take my response with a grain of salt! :D

    Question for you guys...will 285/70/17s clear the UCAs and the cab mounts with just a stock suspension if I get wheels with a 0 or slightly negative offset?
