    Hi everyone!
I am looking for some help in purchasing a hitch cover. I found the one I want but it asks for the type of device I want and I have no idea which one to purchase. I have a 5th gen SR5. The options are:

    -hitch pin/bolt
    -locking pin

    Please help.Screenshot_20201018-164539_Chrome.jpg

You can use either I believe. One just locks so it makes it harder to steal it.

The rubber Toyota cover that came with my 4 Runner was stolen within a month, after my first time parking at Pearson Airport in Toronto. I replaced it, but I remove it now whenever I go to the big city, lol. It doesn’t lock, unfortunately. Probably stolen by someone who didn’t even own a Toyota, lol. Lowlifes just steal for the sake of it, they can’t help themselves.

Thankfully they’re only about 10 bucks! I’m on year three with mine and I honestly didn’t think it would last six months before getting stolen.

It turned out the dealer couldn’t get them in Canada, so I had to order the replacement through US Amazon and pay currency exchange, shipping, duty and Canadian tax. Ouch! It was only because the vehicle was a month old that I bothered. Lol.
