Looks like 12MM socket, 22 ft lbs.

I did read a while back saying the new bolts with the skid plate didn't work (they are longer) and someone just used the bolts from the OEM skid plate and that worked. The bolts look to be M8x1.25x20mm for factory

Here's an old post with the part number

Thank you! The overlay for the “T” emblem above the “4RUNNER” emblem got twisted up and I could not use it. I’m going to order another one.

Trd skid installed (was able to easily reuse the plastic radiator cover which I’m psyched about) and a little d shackle bling... debating taking a trip vs some sliders

I’ve had my ORP for almost 3 weeks now and have 102 miles. Love the truck but as we all know, the factory headlamps suck. I swapped out all of the headlamp bulbs for Hella H9s and 9005s. I am now finally done replacing factory lights having replaced all of the interior lights with LED, “Tail as Turn” tail lamps, LED front marker and turn signals, sequential turn signals, and MESO LED puddle lights. I didn’t have time to take it out tonight to see the difference in the headlamps but as for the life changing experience I was hoping for based on what I have read ... well, that didn’t happen. They do seem a little brighter. Maybe I will be able to tell more once I am out in a really dark area. To be determined.

You’ll definitely see the difference on a dark road. The difference is huge.

Seems to be a common issue. What trim lvl is your 4Runner? I wonder if the steering wheel material is same on all trims

Off Road Premium, IIRC the TRD Pro is the only one that's all leather wrapped.

Didn't use it on steering wheel. I bought my T4R 6 months ago, and it already had 22k on the odo. This is also the cheaper plastic that seems to be an ongoing issue

Yeah, I remember seeing a few threads with people having same issue. I’ll check out the product you posted and keep moisturizing my steering wheel in hopes of preserving it ( sounds weird lol).
Good luck with the repair. If that dealership sucks - hopefully you have other options in the area. And, if need be, a call from Toyota corporate sometimes helps the dealership fix their attitude.
