Rear quarter panel hanger part numbers

First of all, been a while since I have been on here (diff username previously). Sold my Gen3 at 200K + miles a few years back and always appreciated the helpfulness on here.

My son just purchased his first car, an '05 SR5 with low miles. He is very excieted as am I.

One of the only blemishes is the rear passenger side quarter panel does not sit flush with the body. It appears the previous owner may have backed into something and broke the hanger/clip. From what I can see, it appears there is a mounting bracket with two tabs that the panel pops onto. One of the tabs is broken off, so it wont stay in place.

Question 1: Any idea the name/part number or similar for that bracket? It is located between the tail light and the rear tire on the passenger side body.

Question 2: Is it difficult to remove the panel? It looks like a few bolts and taking off the mud flap should do it but no luck on finding a video or descrption of the process.
