99 4 runner rough restart after engine warms up

99 4 runner limited..... Vehicle runs fine from a cold start. Example drove it for 30 minutes turned it off for just a few minutes restarted it,and it runs rough after restart, then throws code cylinder 2 misfire.



Changed plugs wires and Ignition coils.

 

Could be a lot of things. Fuel starvation (fuel pump. injectors).

Can even be bad crank thrust bearing. I just watched Timmy The Toolman's Epic adventure on Youtube to find his friend Greg's misfire. They did a ton of things over many videos and it wound up being crankshaft play was really really bad.

I would try swapping the fuel injectors around first.

 

I will try swapping the injectors. The fuel pump is fairly new.

 

It was a bad fuel injector.
