Great article, Matt83! I have driven and owned a number of Tacoma’s and 4 Runners over the years, but the only one that I’ve driven with KDSS is my current 2018 ORP. I bought it as kind of a leap of faith, after reading about the KDSS system on the internet and watching some You Tube videos. I’m glad I made the decision to get an OR, because originally I was interested in a Pro. It’s out at high speed that you really feel the stability that comes with KDSS. I’ve always had a hard time understanding how the Pro is considered the top line model when it doesn’t have this high performance suspension. But I guess if you don’t know any different it’s ok. For me, I will always want a suspension system that performs like this, now that I’ve tried it.
