Whats that tuner button's function when pushed??

So, I am a VERY new proud owner of a brand new 2020 4Runner, after trading in my 07. While I enjoy going through and getting familiar with new items in the manual, I am totally clueless when it comes to the tuning button on the radio.
It can be pushed, and beeps, but I do not see what it does. I do see that the search feature goes preset, by preset, but I do not understand what else occurs.........
Has anyone else found a solution to this?
There are other items I need ocmments on, but its too early in the am for me to remember, lol.........
