Hi all, I have a 2020 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium. Here are the "mods" I've done so far:

    - TRD Wheels
    - 265/70/17R BFG KO2's
    - Sprint Booster

I was checking out C4 Fabrications and some of their gear looks killer.

I want to add the following to my vehicle:

    - Roof rack (55 lbs)
    - Front bumper (75 lbs)
    - Rock sliders (60 lbs x 2 = 120 lbs)
    - Rear Ladder (15 lbs)

Total added weight = 265 LBS

Is 265 LBS enough weigh to affect performance negatively? Will it reduce clearance by adding weight to the stock suspension (with KDSS).

I am sure my next move would be a good suspension/shock/spring kit, but wanted to know if 265 LBS is enough to make it sag or drag / hurt performance on what is currently a stock TRD Off Road Premium setup.

This is my daily driver (lots of highway) but I also am a weekend warrior here in the Colorado 4x4 trails. Just got this bad boy, coming from a super heavily modded out off-road Jeep WK. Look forward to learning more in this community!

That weight will sag the factory suspension. Factory spring rate is 550#. With the front bumper/winch and all that I would recommend 600# or 650# front spring rate. Others with similar situations will chime in soon.

Welcome to the forum, are you planning on adding a winch? If so i would venture on the side of 650#, but like Jeff stated, others will chime in on this.

Pinstripes, lots of em. Plus a couple dents.
I don't have KDSS but here's 200lbs of winch, bumper, and TRD skid plate hanging off the front of my 4Runner last year before lifting.

Here it is after the last 15000 miles with an Eibach Pro Truck Lift.

Check out the NiseRack solution if you want a much lighter roof rack for much less money.
