SPC UCAs - Boss Coil overs - ToyTec Superflex springs install

Anyone have and/or installed them?
Let me know, I am getting ready to install tomorrow have some questions.

Was going to ask after I have them installed, but...

The Caster camber settings, how do I get those close to stock after installing?
Not your typical set up and very much NOT like my Camburgs.
Want to make sure I put the parts in their proper place.

Yes, came in the box, but Kinda didn't make sense of it at the time. Had just wrestled a alligator out of the spindles.
Fresh mind and eyes this morning should put things in a proper light.

I decided to make this an all inclusive thread of all that I am installing.
I will try to chronicle it, but I don't promise a lot of coverage.
It will be brief in details for many reasons. But I will try to post progress pics as I go.

Here is how I sat yesterday before I started.

21" from center hub to bottom of wheel well, both front and back.

 

It's hard to explain the caster adjustment without just showing you what its supposed to look like.

HHI Copy that.
I get it will be a hit or miss on the camber setting to get it close enough to drive to the alignment shop...
But the other settings make sense.

 

One side so far...
Now just button all the nuts bolts down...
I will add the notes later this evening when I am done.

Had to bend out the fire wall just a tad. Pretty darn easy.


New Light Racing SPC Arm in...


Pressing the receiver plate into the spindle. Alligator #2


Coilovers, UCA in place. Just tighten down, Drive side done.



All and all, not too bad. Scale 1-10 about a 7, would have been a 4-5, if I had the right ball joint tool and press, but a little bit of spit and Enginuity and made it happen!

 

Front complete.
All in all, much easier then the Camburgs on my Tacoma with the exception of the pressure fit for the new receiver in the spindle.
But I made it happen.

 

• So when you went down to the alinement shop...where they able to actually aline the wheels...and get everything in the "green"??? I've been thing about getting a set of these. When I did my lift..the alinement shop said they couldn't get the camber (or was it caster??) set. Anyway, whichever it was...it was off by .07*. So I was wanting to purchase a set of these UCA to fix the problem...but before a spent $400+...just wanted to make sure these new UCR actually do that they say they will do. If they did work...did the shop have a difficult time doing the alinement or was it pretty straight forward?
