I started an Illinois thread awhile back, 3 people replied so guessing there is not a lot here.
I've been to the cliffs years ago and it was fine. Went last year with a friend in his Jeep and the place was a busy mess...not having 40" tires posed a problem as one would get stuck in the ruts from the big boys.
I've never been in the McHenry place but drove by once on a rainey day and the road was trashed with mud.
Kinda sucks nowadays. Years back free wheeling was fine, kept things peaceful and no issues. Time went on, lawyers got involved and bam....pay to wheel.. ba humbug

So after a few years dealing with local shops that quite frankly suck and have caused multiple issues doing install work on my last 3 rigs..... I found this shop now, wished I would have known from the get go.
Chi town off-road. They have in stock many brand name rims, coilovers, uca etc and do quite a few Toyotas. They will be doing my next project... Kinda had my eye on King's but they talked me into another brand that has good reviews.
